The dynamics between the two of them had some positive and joyful aspects, particularly at the start - which illustrated really clearly how people get into abusive relationships and why they tend to have trouble leaving. I can see how OP shipped them, but I 100% get why that's a secret; at no point was the relationship depicted as anything resembling healthy, and rightfully so.
