Lots of them. (Both opinions and random guys playing video games.) So often I see something trending on Twitter and go "hahah what" and instead of something interesting or amusing I just find thousands of people quoting some dude on Twitch with no context...

Constantly hearing about Dream without actually being in the fandom through people I follow on Tumblr is like living through the Onceler era again. I don't know enough and everything I do know about him has been accidental at beast.

I really don't see this. I know of the Christine stuff and I know that everyone who dealt with her considered her extremely awful to work with or be around. Where almost everyone who works with Dream has said he's pleasant and good to work with. To be clear, I'm not defending any of the shitty things he's done but he's also done a lot to try to change. I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if he turns out to be shitty because I don't trust white guy celebs in general, but I also think that assuming he's going to turn out a certain also creates a culture where people nitpick everyone's actions more.
