There really need to be more Doctor meets other Doctor stories. Also meeting old companions. I'm still a tiny bit miffed that Eleven, Amy and Rory never got to meet Ace.

My favorite moments in Doctor Who are when he meets versions of himself, so heck yeah to this idea. I could see them bumping heads at first before eventually getting along with each other to help each other solve whatever has gone wrong around them.
