I mellowed about racist, sexist, ableist and other ists over the years tbh. Still hate underage crippy lit that's still considered the norm by many... Anyway I'd give another chance to a work if it's otherwise good. However throw in too many -isms and use the word "creature" refering to (poor, underprivileged) human being and I'm outta here, the book goes to da bin.
