I patted three dogs yesterday - one cute spaniel puppy, and two absolutely beautiful Australian Shepherds. The Shepherds were an adult and a puppy, and they were fluffy and friendly and licky, and the baby was SO SOFT. Every time I tried to stop patting the adult to pat the puppy, the adult would basically shove the puppy aside and stick its head under my hand, which was both hilarious and very mildly annoying (because darn it, let me pat the puppy!)
