I just ate the most yellow plate ever. Chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, and sriracha mayo. I promise I am not a child.

Yeah, but I use it mostly for chicken/fries/burgers. I use the Lee Kum Kee brand and love it.

I just had a wonderful dinner at an Italian restaurant in Sf, fried calamari appetizer and mostaciolli in meat sauce with a glass of red wine and there was a great live blues band playing on the sidewalk. This is exactly what I missed during covid!

Marinated eggplant on toast. Been waiting three days for the eggplants to fully marinate and it's totally worth it.

Last night I had panera potato soup and a mango smoothie. Tonight we're doing Thai food to celebrate my new job, and I'm getting shrimp pad thai and fried calamari.
