Willem Dafoe gave an amazing performance in Netflix’s Death Note. The guy who played L was pretty great too with the exception of that final scene, but I blame the writing for that.

The performances of Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Carrie Fisher, Richard E. Grant, and Ian McDiarmid (whose character shouldn't have been there, but he did a great job) in The Rise of Skywalker.

Honestly, I think most of the actors did a good job, they were just given unsalvageable garbage to work with.

That's true. Yes, I think most of the cast did great. It was just that the story was so terrible that even their great acting couldn't salvage it.
