Re: Tips for motivation to work out?

Find a reason outside of 'I need to work out more' and that'll help. For example, if you enjoy nature or photography, you can use either of them as your second motivational starting point. Instead of 'I need to work out more' it becomes 'I enjoy watching the sun set so I'll go for a walk around that time' or 'I enjoy taking photos and sharing them online so I'll go for a walk to look outside for inspiration'. That kind of thing. Alternatively, if neither of those are your kind of thing, there's a myriad of other examples. 'I'd like to wear certain kinds of clothes' - so start collecting images of outfits from Pinterest or catalogs or whatever for things you'd like to try out over time. 'I'd like to have more energy' - start a journal monitoring what foods you react well with and use it alongside a journal that lists when and where you are doing your physical training. Be sure to reward your hard efforts too in some way. Promise yourself little presents as you work towards larger goals.
