I 100% believe that Kripke is uninterested in doing anything further with Jarpad. He's kind of a dick, and also, not that great of an actor.

I watched all of Supernatural and don't have the faintest desire to watch Walker or anything else he's in. I didn't dislike the Sam character, either.

considering JP has been quoted as saying he'd "get JA on Walker if he had to drag him kicking and screaming" and how he's been "blowing up his phone" about it, I think you're going to get your wish. It's kinda amazing.
