103. I think it has to do with how the subject had been presented to people. Like, no matter how fascinating a subject is, very few are going to be endeared to it after a crappy teacher and a crappier textbook. I personally love learning about history but I was temporarily soured towards the subject after having this terrible teacher.

Either way, I don't see how you're so bothered by it. I'm a chemistry major and I know that there are people out there who are bored to death by it or hate it. If there's a cute anime/manga that makes it fun to learn, more power to them.

Oh, I agree so hard. They have amazing chemistry. The paint scene was like the hottest thing ever. I highly doubt they will end up together in any capacity (especially after the way he pretty ran from her during 413), but I still love the dynamic between them.

I found it fairly easy to relate to her existential crisis and issues of reality not measuring up (c'mon, who doesn't want espers, time travelers, and aliens to be real?) so I like her despite her bitchiness. Besides, you get her point of view pretty strongly.
