I don't really like Lizzie so much in the book, though she's okay toward the end. Give her a few years with Darcy and they'll either kill each other or both become very awesome people (though they may have to put "Beware of Witty People" sign on their door...)

Of course they'll have to put a "Beware of Witty People" sign on their door! And all things considered, they will both definitely mature more. Also, Elizabeth has Darcy to tell her when she's being too opinionated too early, and Darcy has Elizabeth to tell him when he's being too proud, and I don't think they are exactly the kind of people to keep it in.
