I have intense dislike for Sarah because she does a thing with her voice that my voice teacher taught me to hear and taught me was "wrong." I can't really explain it, I never learned the technical words for what it is, but it has to do with projecting your voice the right way using the right kind of um... breath. I think. Anyway, she doesn't do it, and it's like nails on a chalkboard to me.

As for Repo fandom.... they sound um... wow. Charming.

I just think she sounds retarded half the time. I don't enjoy her voice, I don't think it's pretty, and she makes dumb faces when she sings. NOT IMPRESSED THX.

Yeah, that fandom is full of WONderful people, lol. I'm sure there are some nice ones - there always are. But mostly? I'm completely turned off by them.

I find myself increasingly turned off by any fandom. I'm here for the LULZ, but it seems to me that fandom as a social group thing tends to attract insane people.

There is one exception to this I've found, which is Elder Scrolls fandom. I don't think I've ever met anyone there who didn't rock.

I'm often ashamed to admit to some of the fandoms I'm involved in, because they have really bad raps. Nothing quite as nasty as Repo! but alshjdfkjfhdskfgh.

I'm in fandom for the lulz, and because I have met awesome people. But also because I honestly enjoy some series enough to want to geek out about them. Other times, I run away from fandoms screaming.

You guys should check out the official board or the chatroom. There are still some crazies but the main fandom is all very close. Most of us have met in person and we're like a family. And we're cool with people criticizing the movie and making fun of it.

Board Repo fandom > LJ Repo fandom ;)
