I have the address written down. I'm trying to find where to report it. My card info isn't on the account, so that's fine. Just waiting for a reply which should be in 24-48 hours.

honestly, that's mail fraud and you should sic the USPS on them. They do NOT mess around.

I looked into it recently when I found someone was using our address for their business even though the only thing we ever received was some mass-mailed spam from a convention, and the USPS does not take it lightly when someone uses your mailing address for fraud. You can report it on their website and probably also call to get someone investigating it. It's fraud, and it's a federal crime.
