If you're not even confident in the existence of your own talent then why are you getting butthurt over a confident, talented writer getting more attention than you? Logic is delicious... dericious indede.. you should try it. The time you spent typing an anonymous hateful comment could have been spent, oh idk, honing your abilities, or meditating beneath a waterfall, or stuffing your cheeks with cotton and pretending you're motherfucking vito corleone in the bathroom while no one is home...

Wow, I'm agreeing with a self-professed troll. Never thought I'd see the day.

The pathetic part of your initial comment isn't that you're jealous because her work receives more attention than yours does. A little envy's natural, especially if someone's achieving the kind of success and recognition you want. What's pathetic is that you hate her for achieving more success than you have, as though she's directly responsible for your own perceived lack of recognition. Which she isn't. Plenty of other authors and artists on the comm have fan-followings. If you want greater recognition, don't sit around and blame someone else, because god knows that won't get you anywhere. Advertise more aggressively, participate in the community more actively, comment and make and maintain friends, and make sure your own stuff's the best it can be.

(Also, I think one of the reasons Mith is so popular is that she does have faith in her abilities. Confidence is a lot more appealing than half-assed "oh I don't know if this fic is any good but please read it anyway!" crap. If you think you write well, own that.)
