I haven't reached Inazuma yet so I haven't met him in game but... I literally can't tell him and Childe apart. It was an odd (lazy?) choice to make them look exactly the same unless they're going to turn out to be related or something.

The devs actually alluded to how Thoma doesn’t look like he’s from Inazuma in the stream they had talking about the development of that region a couple days before it was released (it’s on Genshin’s official youtube channel). Considering most of Childe’s siblings apparently have names that start with “T” it does make me wonder.
