(Anonymous) 2021-08-17 05:51 am (UTC)(link)Any show/film that has a suspect of a crime being treated as subhuman. That it justifies any brutality done to them because they are either repeat criminals or 'obviously guilty' and need to confess. It also really grinds me more when the evidence is barely there and the person of interest's life is basically ruined by the bully tactics used to 'soften' them. Usually followed up by the plot-twist that it wasn't them but someone else... suddenly its 'no hard feelings bro'.
Which also leads into the whole loose cannon of a police officer/agent who just has to follow their gut - screw the rules because they know better and won't rest until they've proven themselves right (in the name of justice of course).
