The tips of my fingers on both hands go numb and I hate it. My cheeks get really cold but I don't have enough normal sensation there normally (I guess?) to tell if that's them going numb or something. When I'm having extremely severe anxiety-to-cardiac events, my left arm goes completely numb and the first time that happened I thought I was having a heart attack. (I have a bad heart but sometimes my anxiety spikes to the point that it causes tachycardia and I have such bad chest pains and the numbness it's awful). I'm sorry you're experiencing this and I would get it looked at just in case because you can never be too careful?
