What I find most disturbing besides the fact that he might be the father is that he didn't know what "DNA test" and "financially" meant.

And I heard that there's a possibility of 8 potential baby daddys...

If the situation was reversed and a 14 year old boy had sex with a 12 year old girl, the boy could potentially have been arrested, I don't see why it shouldn't be the same when the girl is older. Maybe if they started prosecuting more teenage girls then they'd stop being so stupid.
She deserves a kick in her lady garden, even if its still torn from the birth
