133. oh, because all Western shows have substance and depth? I will admit there is a lot of anime that is flat and boring and not compelling, and some that don't have much emotional depth but are still fun to read/watch

For the most part, us anime fans don't do much hating on your precious television shows and, amazingly, most of us actually enjoy watching them.

157. Personally I think that's incredibly rude of your parents, and that they're not respecting your right of privacy. It doesn't sounds as though they're trying to, I don't know, protect you from "dangerous influences". Maybe it is a little cowardly, but if they're violating your rights like that, I think you should make use of the right to express yourself. I'd say do it.

Eh, I'd say give Hetalia another chance, but don't take it seriously please. It's good for lighthearted fun. Although that's not to say that it could be a springboard into an interest in history.
