i mean overwatch fans have been bitching for years that overwatch doesn't have diversity because it's missing a black woman. only an indian, mexican, two egyptian, a chinese and a korean woman, but y'know. not black. there are three black men (haitian, nigerian and brazilian) but they aren't women so that's no good either.

i don't think that means that all americans think that way, but i can very easily think of one fandom that does think black is the be-all and end-all of diversity.
