Spoken like someone who's never been interested in characters outside of the main juggernaut ship.

"It's hard to complain that so many people are into the juggernaut ship"... unless you're not into it yourself. Then it's a pretty natural thing to complain about the oversaturation of content for the one thing you're not interested in, to the exclusion of literally anything else.

But as the person below said there's tons of fics for other pairings. My OTP in this fandom isn't even in the top ten of popularity on AO3 and I still have a huge backlog of fics I haven't had a chance to read yet.

I'm not unsympathetic. It just seems odd to act like it's unreasonable for the very, popular canon gay pairing to be also very popular in fanfic, too - and to chastise the fans who like this pairing for not writing stuff to suit the OP rather than... I don't know, themselves?

LOL - oversaturation. Seriously? When the story and the fandom is primarily focused on that pairing?
