You do you, but I just can't. One, Joey deserves so much better. Two, if I were going to pair Joey up with another guy it would absolutely be Chandler. In fact, the only reason I don't ship Joey/Chandler is because I actually like Monica and Chandler together a lot.

Hmm, now I'm considering a Monica/Chandler/Joey OT3. It miiight work? I feel like Monica and Joey have ZERO chemistry, but there was that brief moment in a flashback to before they knew each other where she was into him because he was a hunk. Yeah, IDK.

The only thing I ship Ross with is curmudgeonly singledom. Or a string of failed relationships with women who use him to learn from their mistakes and demand better for themselves in the future.

Chandler imo is almost definitely bi, and he was attracted to Joey. Joey I could see being more flexible than he realises.

The thing that stops them working for me is Chandler's massive internalised homophobia that comes from his messed up childhood. When he marries Monica, he chills out about 'gay' stuff. I think because he's basically got a heterosexual shield. There's just so many layers of messed up there. I can't see it being anything other than messy and painful.

I kinda hate the rachel goes to paris because i honestly think it's rude as hell to just pretend that that didn't require a great deal more discussion about Emma (and I actually think Rachel would have been miserable in France) but I also don't think it was worth it for Rachel to stay for Ross.

But why Joey and Ross? I think Joey and Ross are not good partners even for each other.

LMAO You're not wrong. Poor Rachel. Still, in theory she could have had a shot at her dream even if it didn't come through. I also felt like it was her perfect ending - she chooses independence and freedom as well as being brave enough to move to another country. From Barry's almost trophy wife to fully independent single mum living her dream.

I agree with you about Rachel going to Paris! Even with the Emma conversation needing to happen, it's not like Ross has much of a relationship with his son? I don't think he'd be too fussed unless it had to do with getting Rachel to stay?

Also, why would you do Joey like that OP? Ross is the worst.
