Oh man, the lack of continuity and handwaving family history in this show really annoyed me - but yeah, I completely agree with you on the show ending! I'm going to miss it, it's been my go-to comfort show for ages, despite the ridiculous dialogue. I was super surprised that they went so hard on the magic angle in the last season though! And I'm forever mad that we didn't get to see the Cassie/Sam magic convo they retconned in.
