Anon was being kind of a huge jackass for no reason, honestly, so I get why OP would be annoyed about it

And I get why the "troll" was annoyed with OP/their secret. So I think their original response was justified. The namecalling was unnecessary but eh, I get where they're coming from.

How was it justified? So many people are super angry at Secret #2, when it’s just an inoffensive secret about personal character and shipping preferences.

I mean... you could see it that way I guess but what I'm seeing is the same old "LWJ is a big meanie and woobie WWX deserved better" that gets parroted a lot in that fandom and gets on a lot of people's nerves because it's usually such a wilfull misinterpretation of the character.

DA - I don't think the initial comment, "Oh whatever," was overblown at all. A bit snarky, sure, but not overblown. OP made the mistake of asking for elaboration on what anon meant by "Oh whatever" - undoubtedly knowing full well what anon meant by it. Anon was being a dick with the whole "moron" thing, sure, but also, don't ask for elaboration and then act all affronted that the person dared to tell you how they really felt.
