idk, I mean...I do like that netflix's acquisitions of giant catalogs means you can watch dozens of shows from any country, but on the flip side, it doesn't take long to find what tropes are common in their media and be like nah, I'm not down with this. and honestly, it's not even just one or two of them, it's all of them. a terrible rom-com is a terrible rom-com no matter who filmed it.
