I thought the transphobic take was more specifically:

"men will pretend to be trans to have access to women...and that's a reason to exclude all trans women from women's spaces (and/or suspect all trans women of being sexual predators)"

Just to spell it out more explicitly for someone who might be ignorant of the surrounding implications.

On the one hand, yeah. That's an extremely transphobic take. On the other, "We're going to oppress women, ostensibly to protect women from rapists" is a long-standing conservative tradition. So, welcome to the really shitty club, trans sisters.
