Haha, I'm the same way! Yeah, I have a nice sized group of friends IRL, but I have a bunch more online. Granted most of them I made through fandom in one way or another, but still. Eitehr way, I can't hide my fandoms worth anything. Hence why i often have trouble making friends IRL simply because most of the world's population doesn't understand fandom. ~_~

CONS ARE GREAT~! I've only been to a really small yearly one, but it's still a lot of fun realizing just how many people there are that do care about anime and manga. Makes me feel all fuzzy inside. :3

Yeah, the one I go to is pretty small as far as cons go (3000), but it's the most fun I've had because I can lose all my inhibitions and just go all out fangirl. Ti's great!

I don't feel so alone. ^_^

AHAHAHAHAHAHA, the con I go to is sponsored by the city library and has maybe one to two hundred people. X3 Either way, it's still a lot of fun and I still get the opportunity to meet online friends. :D

I've managed to meet a few online friends at mine. It's always kind of awkward, because I never know what to call them or myself.

It doesn't, and I'm the same one who made the glasses!Zuko secret last week and I was way more embarrassed about that one.

I've had to deal with both internet names, rl names and rp names. It gets confusing.

Nice~! X3 I don't run around caps_atla enough to know anyone there besides people who also post in capstara, so heh. X3 But it's okay and perfectly understandable. Like pretty much everyone else said, glasses make any guy sexier. X3

Haha, I had a group of friends in High School in which we all called each other Naruto names. One year, I was Sakura and the other I was Deidara. Good times, let me tell ya. X3

Naruto in high school? Wow, I must be old because the big anime when I was in high school was Sailor Moon.

Haha, I can assure you, no one is fully alone in this world. I have learned that if you do have a "strange" interest, chances are, you are not alone. You just have to share it in some way shape or form (like in F!S! 8D).

lol, by the time I was in high school, Sailor Moon was considered uncool. Didn't stop em from reading fanfiction from time to time. Wish I'd saved it though. ^^;
