108. Well, I would never go so far as to wish death on someone who didn't like a particular movie (overdramatic much? ;)), but I'm not ashamed to say that Speed Racer was my favorite film of 2008, and I am disappointed that some people just don't get it.

163. Yeah, I'm not sure how I feel about Ryan anymore. I separate RL people from their fanon persona when reading RPF, so I guess I'll just have to work harder to separate them in my mind. I don't know if I'll be able to, though.

Well then, that's totally fine! :) You understood what they were trying to do but it just didn't fly with you. But I do think that some people were expecting one thing with the film and when they didn't get it, they started dissing it (I'm sure some were expecting something cutting edge in all ways, but the story turned out to be old-fashioned, and well, like the cartoon). Or they just saw the trailer, but never saw the movie, and started dissing it. I'm not even saying it didn't have flaws, but I was charmed and it worked for me. ::shrug::

What I don't think is so fine is when people like the OP or some of the previous commenters want others to die or not to have kids just because they like or dislike different things than they do. Everyone has different tastes.

I do to, but it's impossible not to let it color my perceptions of him a little bit. I wish he had a blog or something, so we could hear his side of the story, but it's just really, incredibly none of our business.

Ryan does blog at We're So Blogging (http://weresoblogging.com/) and he now has a twitter (http://twitter.com/thisisryanross), but I don't believe he's mentioned what went on with Keltie. Not that I would expect him to.

Goddamnit Ross. My newfound disinclination to follow your life, let me show you it.

It'd be nice to know if he at the extreme least, apologized, but yeah, none of our business at all. I just wish I wasn't finding it so easy to dislike him with this little information on the subject.
