The second game is better than the first.

But I seem to be the only one who doesn’t agree. I thought the second game was good, but way too overrated and overhyped. Whereas the first game is still the best one, in my opinion.

da- i played the three games in succession last year and i honestly think they got gradually worse. i didn't even particularly enjoy the 2nd one and i think people got blinded by the fact that the characters were fairly interesting now (was anyone emotionally invested in hiro's fate in the first game?) and had really cool designs. the second one completely hamstrung itself with its twist imo (or rather, the idea that it needed to have a "twist" since that's what the first game did). also it's incredibly condescending with repeating information over and over and over again, once you notice that it becomes super grating.
