127. I have not read/watched Hetalia, but as a Finnish person I have to say that this secret made me burst into laughter. Beautiful? Sweden/Finland? No way! There may be some comradeship, but many Finnish people still can't stand Sweden and the Swedish (individuals are fine, but as a whole). I've also heard that the character supposed to be portraying Finland is terribly OOC.

Must be all that Japan-made fluff. It's true that they're completely not in sync with actual history and relationship between the two countries, but putting that aside the characters are terribly sweet (and awkwardly married LMAO) XD idk I think that's where the op was getting at.

yeah, i do think they (the characters, obviously not the countries) are kind of cute and happy too, but don't mind me OTL

In general, some of the country portrayals are pretty darn inaccurate. I mean, there's parody/caricature and then there's just '... wut?' XDDD From what I've heard from all sources, Finland's one of these. Sad thing is he looked pretty badass running with Germany on his first appearance, but... ):

To be fair, though Finland really doesn't reciprocate Sweden's cozying up. That being said, he has yet to show any badass qualities. Also, being terrified of Sweden all the time fffffff
