See, I write mostly Morgana/Uther (when I actually write something -_-) and I'm not much into slash, but that mod and the whole haven concept are definitely icky and I'm kind of embarrassed that they're around. It's not that I don't understand wanting rare stuff and having more of your favorite pairing, but this is above and beyond. No slash/gay relationships even mentioned in passing or alluded to in the background are allowed and I've actually been asked to watch my words because I once wrote a story that had Merlin/Arthur in the background. I felt so icky, I dropped the member ship request and talked to a couple of my slasher friends instead -_-

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I've seen instances of that. I lurk on the comm because I genuinely like a bit of het if I can get my hands on it (Arthur/Morgana FTW!) but I REALLY don't like the attitude of the mods on that community... I once saw someone get jumped on for just joking around about the slashy subtext between Arthur and Merlin in one of the discussion threads there. Seriously. I was like... 0.o
