103:Even though it's been years since I watched Bambi, I think I have to agree with you. Hell, I even teared up a little when the Nostalgia Critic included Littlefoot's mom's death scene in his top 11 saddest nostalgic moments. It's just so sad :(

116:I'm watching the third season right now(up til episode six, so far)and the more I watch, the more I want to bang my head against a wall. Mohinder seems completely OOC, Claire is turning into an Emo kid, everyone is becoming badguys....I was hoping that they were going to introduce some new villains, not turning the heroes into villains. If there's anyone of the characters I really want to see dead, it's Sylar. Yes, he was a cool villain back in season 1, but now it's just getting tiring(Too bad he apparently can't die anymore, ever since stealing Claire's ability). RAAAAGE >:(

Personal opinion here.... but the two most annoying characters in the series are the two who physically cannot die. I quite like that they've made Sylar a little less 2D these days (even if the plotline is tedious), but he doesn't actually have anything to do with anyone any more. Not that he ever really did; S1 we didnt even see his face until Homecoming (yeah, there were casting reasons for that whatevs), S2 he had sweet FA to do with the main story, and S3.2 is ongoing. I really think S3.1 was the only one that incorporated him into the innermost circles of the plots, rather than being this boogeyman on the outskirts existing as a constant threat (threat. yeah right... who of important gets harmed?). Nonetheless, he's just one big cliche. But they're not gonna get rid of him cos he's ~*~omg so pretty~*~ or some crap like that.

And the less said about Claire the better. A friend once said to me that she's the Rose Tyler of the Heroesverse. I didn't see it until she said this, and I now kinda agree. Somehow things happening thousands of miles away (or in a TOTALLY different point in time), somehow revolves around her, or requires her input in one form or another. Personally, I think the best thing they can do for Claire is to make her into a proper villain, cos that would give true sense to the old "Save the Cheerleader, Save the World" line (ie, if she's on the bad guys' side, they're unstoppable). They had a chance to do this when she stabbed Sylar in the head with the glass shard... it's the first time she's aimed to murder someone in cold blood. But they're just gonna let her plod around her own storyline being all angsty and teenage, aren't they? But they're not going to do anything to her because she's some sort of ~*~role-model~*~ or whatever similar shite.

Also, and personal opinion again here, but am I the only person who preferred Mohinder when he was shooting jizz out of his hands? It was kinda f#cked up, but at least it was original... but I suppose super-strength is just easier to produce, or whatever. =/

Yeah, my comment was pretty much personal opinion as well - so far, there's just nothing I really like about the third season. Not even Hiro and Andos dorky friendship hijinks are doing anything for me(I can't stop having this nagging feeling something nasty is going to go down between them, and I don't want Hiro to be turned into an angsty tragic hero or some shit. Also personal opinion). It feels kinda bad when the thing I liked the best about the season so far was Parkmans pet turtle.

Both me and my brother thought it was weird having Mohinder go from 'I must help people and be the smart guy here' to 'Experimenting on myself? Sure, that couldn't possibly go wrong :D!'. Siiiigh, it just feels so wrong. Also, the 'Papa Petrelli is back! And he's like, immortal too! No one(Important)can be killed!!'-thing? Seriously, Heroes writers, STOP MAKING PEOPLE IMMORTAL. It's so boring when you already know that they cannot be killed, so the suspense just feels meaningless.

Boy, I hope I didn't come off as whiny. Heroes season three just bugs me a lot right now =/

For the most part I agree. Claire was one of my more liked characters the first 2 seasons, but so far in 3.5 she's had me rolling my eyes at her 'kickass woman antics' (Noah trained her to fight like that by showing her how to beat stuff with a wooden stick? Really?).

If they want women who kick lots of ass on the show, maybe they should have kept Nikki (who, while not my favorite, was much more likable than Tracey), or not keep killing off Daphne as an excuse to let Matt go all sociopath. Trying to turn The Cheerleader into the obligatory badass chick is seriously not working and if they don't see it soon, she may just kill the audience with seizures from constant eye rolling.

Peter's character has been bitchslapped all over the place in terms of writing, they need someone to be a weak spot for Nathan - and it's just as well, since that's much more believable than him suddenly caring enough about Claire to bend rules for her.

He deserved that. Maybe my Spider!Mo thing was partly born out of Schadenfreude. Actually, it defininetly was.

Yeahhh, the suspense thing is a lot like people going "OMG WHO KNOWS WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN IN THIS CLIFFHANGER GUYS???", when the answer is "....actually, nothing because we have more retcon devices than we do plotlines."

And the less said about the minor villains of S3 the better. YO FEAR MAKIN ME STRONNG, BOYYY. Seriously... I get the need for some of them, but what was the point, really? I've been keeping an eye on the extra material (the graphic novels, the webisodes, etc) and they flesh out these minor chareacters so much, then kill em off without so much as a line. Example gratis, the lawyer Angela fed to Sylar. I think she'd been around on the online stuff for...oh, 18 months? I'm sure it was during S1. Anyway, she gets one line, and then icanhasbranez? OMNOMNOM. Never mind the fact Sylar has never even used this power and probably never will. For fook's sake.

Ah*smacks forehead*. My mistake, I thought it was like an AU or a Gaiden or something that took place in the Harlem Beat(the baskteball manga, that is)series.

Sooo...does this series take place in Harlem, or is it just in the title for some weird reason?

It's just in the title for some strange, bizarre, unknown reason. Even the mangaka says it's totally unrelated. ^^;
