I think I pretty much speak for everyone else who likes it when I say I think that it is a freaking brilliant production, and that a lot of people, myself included, like it because it's different. It's a hidden gem that most wouldn't bother to look for. But like the others said...You like it you like it. You don't, you don't. No one is forcing you to like anything you don't want to.

You say no one is forcing anyone to like it, but half the Repo! fandom is insane about it. If you don't like it, you get comments like "Someone should rape you with an ax" and other horrible things.

Turns me right off the fandom, let me tell you.

You just have to ignore the rabid and insane part of the fandom. Heck, I'm in about two or three things right now with fandoms that would be better left under the rock that they came from. Just because there's some people out there like that doesn't mean everyone who likes it is the same way.

And frankly, I'm staying far, far away from the Repo fandom entirely and just staying a casual fan.

Of course not everyone is like that, but I've met so many fans that ARE that way, it...gives the whole fandom a bad name.

I actually don't like Repo! at all, but I'm not really inclined to be persuaded to care when every time I mention not liking it, I get that kind of response. There are other fandoms I stay away from for similar reasons.
