Argh I'm not a Driver stan but I hate when fans hate on spouses/S.O.s of actors, whether because they've gone off the deep end of RPF shipping (not all RPF fans are batshit but the loony fringe could be sold as fertilizer) or because they ship themselves with an actor who doesn't know they exist but would be horrified to find out.

Does the hating on spouses thing happen with actresses too? Their stans can be slimeball creepazoids but I can't think of many where their spouses are seen as competition by loony fans. The RPF tinhatters do their thing with het ships too, though, so actresses come in for some of that crap.

Driver seems like a talented actor, too bad about the rabid fans doing creepy shit.
