But it wasn’t known that the first one was lying at first, so the ones that came after could have felt inspired by someone finally speaking out to share their own experiences.

Do I know that’s what happened? No, of course not. I only know the records that have been made public, just like everyone else who’s not an actual involved party. And I don’t even know if I’ll ever truly know, or even believe he’s guilty or not one way or another. But I can still understand why people believe that acquittal doesn’t guarantee that he’s not guilty.
