108. FUCKING AGREED. Though I hate it with a fiery flaming passion because I read the book (plus the sequel and most of Roald Dahl's other books) when I was a kid, and seeing the movie (which I did not know existed until then) one day at school was the biggest disappointment of my childhood. So fucking cheesy and stupid and ARGH I HATE THAT MOVIE SO MUCH. Upon watching it as an adult (and still hating it), I know that they made it into a sickeningly overacted, dumbed-down piece of crap, but back then I just hated it so much that I CRIED. It didn't help that all my friends loved the movie, either. (I also hated the movie versions of Matilda and The Witches for the same reason.) But I love the Depp version, it's much closer to the original tone/feel of the book.

121. They're the only reason I care about Reborn! at all, and I'm not afraid to admit it. I hate everything else about it, but I fucking LOVE that pairing. <3

163. I would read that even if it WAS cliched sex pollen fic. That's really fucking hot, so I say go for it.
