The only live-action one I've seen was Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and I found it to be mediocre and quite disappointing. Way too much filler, and a lot of poor writing and muddy plotting. I really liked some of the new characters, but all of the established ones came across like pod people. The action scenes were good, and Wyatt Russell's performance as John Walker was the best thing in it.

I saw parts of What if? and liked the episodes I saw. My favorite one was the one that focused on Nick Fury.
