I don't want them to fail to the point of going out of business, but I would like them to put out, oh, 15% of movies/shows/entertainment media, rather than eating other companies and pop culture icons and shitting out bland mass produced sludge until everything's owned by them.

Also I'd like them to fucking pay the royalties they owe to creators who haven't been paid since Disney bought their contracts.
