Tired of people who ask for favors, not helping me to help them. You want me to help you do X? Have a plan for how we're going to do X and when we're going to do X and how I'm supposed to help you before you ask. This is your thing that you need to do and I'm supposed to be helping you do it, not organizing and doing the whole task for you while you wait on my instructions on how you can help me do your thing.

Or, if you need help organizing the thing itself, ask me from the start to organize the thing as a much bigger favor to you. Don't ask me to help you with it then have me show up expecting to play support, then dumping the whole thing in my lap to lead.

Anyway, I don't help some people any more.
