101. I've written slash and yaoi for years and can probably count on both hands the number of flames I've gotten. It's not because my stuff wasn't popular, it's because I posted it in the right places, where people cared and less haters would be reading.

This is so true and actually one of the things that prompted this secret.
You don't refuse to kiss on the mouth when someone is paying you fistfuls of cash.
The number of times I have seen this scenario in fics is absurd.
