In a way. I think it's more that because I've expended so much energy caring about fake characters, I don't really have much left over to care much about my friends. Or it could be that they whine a lot, so I've gotten numb that way. It's hard to say.

Well, are these the type of friends who think you're a 24 hour therapy service? The kind who think when they're in a bad mood, they can call you to vent, no matter what you're doing, and you're going to stop everything right there and put aside a few hours to listen to their endless rambling? If so....meh, I know that type all too well :/
