I literally don't read or write self-insert fic but there's lots of kinds of fanfic I don't read or write, and that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with any of them. I hope that you have fun with doing this sort of thing if that's what you want to do, though!

But I can't stand reader fic because it is often hard to filter out since they use dumbass tags like "Y/N" instead of "reader".
