Oooh, I could get on board with Elayne/Aviendha! The way it is in the books never really sat well with me as it felt like a self insert who just couldn't decide on all the hot girls, rather than an intentional exploration.

Haven't watched it yet, but from what I've heard of the backstory changes it sounds rather unnecessary imho
