Re: Ever change your mind on a ship?
Kylo/Rey. Episode VIX changed my opinion on the ship. Some of the few scenes of that movie I really loved was the one where Rey first healed Kylo and later on he healed her, sacrificing himself. Kylo/Hux is still my OTP, but I also ship Kylo/Rey now.
The new trilogy also changed my mind on Han/Leia a bit. They used to be a sacrosanct OTP that I couldn't ship with anyone else. But the combination of TFA weakening the ship by having them have broken up and then the chemistry between Leia and Holdo in TLJ made me not ship it as hard. Still ship, but I also ship both of them with other characters now.
For a long time Harry/Hermione was my OTP and Ron/Hermione was just about my least favorite ship. Now I don't really ship either, and while I"m not in the fandom anymore, if I had to pick a ship, it would be Harry/Hermione/Ron. They only work for me with all three together.
The way Bones' character was ruined after she and Booth got together completely soured me on the ship, even though it used to be an OTP for me before the show ruined it.
