Yeah, I'm not an RPF fan, but that's because I saw a friend get attacked by a tabloid (she wasn't even famous, just adjacent to a famous person) and I hate media speculation/shipping/prying etc. so I can't enjoy RPF of living people. That said, I think RPF tends to be a lot more ethical than gossip media in that they at least label their fiction as fiction.

This sounds scary, sorry for your friend.
Personally, I never know who's dating who. Strangely, even though I do RPS I find it weird that most people seem interested in knowing who is actually dating who.
