I was thinking a nice creamy blue cheese, those are delicious. I don't know why more people do not enjoy blue cheeses.

“I don't know why more people do not enjoy blue cheeses.”

It’s more popular than you might think. Especially as a side for spicy food.

Why some people don’t like it though, is usually because it smells and tastes kind of off to them. Me included. It’s smell and taste remind me of a gym, and it’s the only cheese that really reminds me off the fact that cheese is technically mold. That’s all personal opinions though, of course. I dislike Camembert even more anyways, and I seem to be the only one who does these days.

I always thought I was just picky, and then I found out if you're allergic to penicillin and related drugs, you should avoid blue cheeses just to be safe, so the fact that I love cheese in general but throw up when I eat blue cheeses makes sense now.

Amoxicillin gave me a full-body rash and hives the only time I was given it. I guess most people find out when they have ear infections as kids, since that's what it's most commonly given for, but I had my first one in my 20s, and I looked like a horror movie monster and itched like I'd rolled in poison oak.
