If you're talking about the "no off-the-wall crack plotbunnies" -- keeping a thread on-topic is not an attack. It's what mods are supposed to do.

Seriously, I've been on mailing lists and message boards before where mod smackdowns were much harder than that.

I'm simply reporting what was told to me. However it was meant to be taken, the poster took it as an attack and fled.
