Not!secret 1: THIS NEEDS TO HAPPEN LIKE BURNING. (And hell, we already know both John and Gareth can sing! Eve can learn XD) Jack will inexplicably be wearing something sequined. Ianto will have pinstripes, a bowler hat, and a pimp cane. Gwen will have a ballgown for NO APPARENT REASON. Jack and Ianto will have a sappy duet. The Weevils will make up the chorus line. In sparkly leotards.

In conclusion, MUSICAL TORCHWOOD PLEASE.
