137. I've never been way into the Avengers but I always thought Cap was more of an interesting character than Tony Stark. And I feel like if I tried to explore that fandom or that ship I'd get attacked for n00bage.

Phillip/Richard FOR FUCKING EVER, even though I have issues with how that scene was treated in both the original and the 2003 remake (you'd think Jonathan Rhys Meyers would know how to play a gay French king by now, but nooo...) I honestly don't know why there isn't an epic fandom for it, because there seriously needs to be.

I'm sorry you feel that way. We'd all love to see your fic.

Just keep in mind that at it's heart the fandom is a Tony/Steve fandom, not a Avengers fandom.

Well, yeah. The fact that the com's called cap_ironman makes that kind of obvious.

Does anyone other than Steve/Tony shippers ever write any Avengers-based fic? I'd love to find some Hawkeye/Black Widow or Wanda/Simon/Vision stuff. Or Luke Cage/Danny Rand other than that one yuletide fic.

There is some of Marvel_slash but there isn't a com for Avengers fic in general. Maybe there needs to be. Luke Cage/Danny/Jessica is a very popular pairing for most Steve/Tony people oddly enough.

Oh trust me, I can think of many things to do. But I would want to be a nice kidnapper and not make him do anything he didn't want to. Obviously I've put way too much thought into this.
