But don't worry, OP. I'll always love SDK and its tropetastic shounen cheesiness--I say, commenting with a Code:Breaker icon. *prods love_deeper* I'm pretty sure that Tokito wasn't even meant to be sympathetic until the Great Breasts Reveal, though, despite the daddy uncle issues and scenes with Spade. She was a spoiled asshole.

I came into the fandom terribly late, it seems. I adore SDK too much for my own good - I think I'm one of the few people RPing guys from it. It's a fun series, and that's all I expect from it.

And I know nothing beyond what comes out in the English releases, so...uncle? Muramasa had a brother?

Oh, crap, I feel bad now for spoiling you. No, Muramasa had a sister, Hitoki, WHO WAS MARRIED TO FUBUKI; AND TOKITO IS THEIR DAUGHTER AND FUBUKI AND HISHIGI ERASED TOKITO'S MEMORIES AND REPLACED THEM WITH FAKE ONES AFTER HIS WIFE DIED OF THE BIG MIBU DISEASE AND MURAMASA LEFT THE CLAN--TO MAKE HER HATE MURAMASA SO SHE WOULDN'T HAVE TO SUFFER AND ALSO BECAUSE THEY'RE TOTAL DICKBAGS (but that doesn't stop them from getting Redeeming and Beautiful Deaths [Hishigi's made me weep] because that's just how Kamijyo rolls).
